BellKeep pricing: Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise
BellKeep is priced per company, not per room, desk, device or location. Prices are in EUR; every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is needed to sign up. Billing is monthly, or annually at 10 months' price.

Which plan unlocks what
- Free: room booking, visitor management and kiosk, TOTP multi-factor authentication and audit logs
- Starter: adds Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 sync, bookable resources and parking
- Professional: adds room displays and the screen builder, advanced analytics, custom branding, the REST API and webhooks, wallet passes, NDA templates and emergency mustering
- Enterprise: adds SSO (OAuth/OIDC, SAML, LDAP) and custom integrations
BellKeep is not the right fit for
- Organisations that require a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report from the vendor today (BellKeep is not certified)
- Buyers who want named customer references or published case studies (BellKeep has none published yet)
- Teams that need native Zoom, Google Meet, Zapier or Okta-specific integrations (not built; SSO works through standard OAuth/OIDC, SAML or LDAP)
- Companies that need a vendor to supply and manage display hardware (BellKeep sells software only)
- Teams that need the full product UI in Nordic or other languages beyond English, German, Spanish, French and Chinese

How long is the free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You get full access to the features of the plan you choose for the full 30 days.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can create an account and explore BellKeep without entering payment details. You only add a card when you choose to convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing screen. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you don't lose paid days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing screen with no phone calls and no penalty. Your workspace keeps its paid features until the subscription ends, then moves to the Free plan (5 users, 1 building, 3 rooms per building). Your data is retained per our data-retention policy.
Do you offer custom Enterprise pricing?
Yes. The Enterprise plan starts at the price shown but is typically tailored to your headcount, building count, SSO requirements, and SLA. Talk to sales and we'll quote you in writing.
What counts as a user?
A user is any person with a BellKeep login that belongs to your tenant — employees, admins, and floor wardens. Visitors and external guests who check in at the kiosk are not users and don't count against the limit.
What counts as a building?
A building is a physical site with its own rooms, resources, and visitor flow. Multiple floors at the same address count as one building. If you operate at several addresses, each is a separate building.
What about refunds?
Because every paid plan begins with a 30-day trial, you have a full month to evaluate BellKeep before being charged. If something goes wrong after that, reach out — we sort it out case by case.
