Schedule rooms the way your calendar already works.

Drag to create. Recurring rules out of the box. Conflict detection on every save. And bi-directional sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 so your existing meetings just work.

Built for the way meetings actually get booked

The calendar isn't a wrapper around someone else's. It's a first-class scheduling surface with its own conflict resolution, recurrence engine, and multi-room cart — built for offices that run more than one building.

Drag-to-create scheduling

Hold and drag on the day or week grid to draft a booking. Edit title, attendees, room, and amenities in the same dialog before you save.

Recurring rules

Weekly stand-ups, monthly all-hands, every-other-Thursday board meetings. RRULE-powered recurrence patterns with edit-one and edit-series options.

Conflict detection

If a room is already booked, BellKeep flags the clash before you save and offers the next available slot in the same room or a comparable one.

Multi-room booking cart

Planning an offsite, a training day, or a recurring set of interviews? Stack multiple rooms in one cart and book them as a single transaction.

Per-building scoping

Calendars stay scoped to the building. Site admins see only their own location, while company admins can hop across every building from one calendar.

Filter by amenity

Need a video room with a whiteboard and step-free access? Filter availability by amenity so the only rooms shown are the ones that fit the meeting.

Connect Google or Outlook in four real steps

BellKeep does not screen-scrape a calendar feed. The integration is OAuth-based, webhook-driven, and uses each provider's first-party API.

Connect once with OAuth

Sign in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 from the calendar settings page. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest before they hit the database.

Two-way sync, every change

A booking made in BellKeep appears in the host's Google or Outlook calendar. A booking made in either calendar appears in BellKeep, with the right room attached.

Webhook-driven, near real time

BellKeep registers webhooks with both providers so updates land in seconds, not on a polling timer. A background scheduler reconciles anything the webhook missed.

Encrypted, scoped, revocable

Calendar credentials are app-level encrypted with rotation-friendly keys. Disconnect anytime from settings and BellKeep stops syncing immediately.

Available from day one. Sync unlocks at Starter.

Every BellKeep plan ships with the calendar — the difference is room count, building count, and whether two-way Google and Outlook sync is included.

The rest of the workplace stack

Visitor management

Pre-register guests, run a touchless kiosk, and check arrivals in against your booking calendar.

Room displays

Turn any tablet into a door-side display that shows the current and next booking for the room.

Wayfinding

Interactive floor plans and QR-launched directions help every attendee find the booked room.

Calendar & bookings, answered

Is the calendar sync truly two-way?

Yes. A booking created in BellKeep lands in the host's Google or Outlook calendar within seconds, and a meeting created in Google or Outlook with a BellKeep-mapped room shows up as a room booking in BellKeep with the same attendees and duration.

What happens if two people try to book the same room?

BellKeep checks availability on save. If a conflict is detected, the booking dialog surfaces the clashing booking and suggests the next available slot or a comparable room. Recurring conflicts are surfaced per occurrence so you can keep the rest of the series.

Can I book several rooms at once?

Yes. The booking cart lets you queue up multiple rooms across buildings and book them in one save. Useful for offsites, training programmes, and interview days.

How are our calendar credentials stored?

Google and Microsoft refresh tokens are app-level encrypted before they reach the database, on top of the PostgreSQL encryption-at-rest provided by our hosting. You can disconnect at any time and BellKeep deletes the tokens immediately.

Does it handle more than one building?

Yes. Every plan above Free supports multiple buildings, each with its own rooms, amenities, and per-building admins. The calendar lets company admins move between sites without leaving the view.

Can my own tools talk to the calendar?

Yes. From the Professional plan upward BellKeep exposes a REST API with API keys, rate limits, and webhooks so you can read availability, create bookings, and subscribe to booking events from internal tools.
