Members, billing, displays, visitors. One platform.

Brand every member-company. Bill them on Stripe. Welcome daily guests at a touchless kiosk. Reserve desks, rooms, parking, and amenities in one inventory -- without four separate tools.

Built for operators with member firms under one roof

Each member firm gets their own branded slice of BellKeep -- admins, users, visitors, and audit logs included. You sit above the tenant tree, with aggregated billing and reporting across the whole space.

Each member-company as its own sub-tenant

Spin up a company tenant for every member firm. Their team books rooms, manages visitors, and prints badges in their own branded slice of BellKeep -- no cross-contamination with the firm next door.

Stripe-powered subscription billing

Subscriptions, invoices, and tenant-level credits are wired through Stripe. Charge member firms on the plan that fits them, auto-pay on file, and export invoices straight from the platform.

Lobby kiosk and touchless QR check-in

Any tablet at the front desk becomes a branded self-service kiosk. Daily guests scan a QR code on their phone, sign the house rules, and a badge prints itself -- without a clipboard.

Bookable desks, rooms, and amenities

Meeting rooms, hot desks, podcast booths, and shared kit (projectors, podcast mics, EV chargers) all live in one bookable inventory. Member quotas, surcharges, and overage rules are built in.

Parking and EV charging

Manage lots and spots, sell or include parking with the membership, and let members reserve a space the same way they reserve a room. Real-time spot status surfaces on the lobby display.

Apple and Google Wallet passes

Repeat visitors and member guests get a wallet pass on their phone before they arrive. They tap their way in, the front desk sees them on the dashboard before the lift door opens.

From a Monday tour to a Friday invoice run

Four things you already do every week, mapped to the BellKeep surfaces that quietly handle them in the background.

Onboard a new member-company in under an hour

Sales closes a 14-seat firm. Operations creates the sub-tenant in BellKeep, sets the subscription plan (Stripe takes care of billing), uploads their logo and brand colours, and emails the founder a magic link. By tomorrow morning the new firm is booking rooms.

Run a front desk that doesn't slow down at 9am

Member firms pre-register their guests the night before. Each guest walks in with a wallet pass on their phone, scans the kiosk, prints a badge, and goes upstairs -- while reception keeps building the espresso queue.

Send invoices that match what members actually used

Tenant-level usage and budget tracking turns room overage, parking days, and amenities into line items on the monthly invoice. Stripe charges the saved payment method on schedule, failed payments surface as alerts.

Keep every member-company feeling like their own product

Each sub-tenant has its own logo, primary colour, and lobby-kiosk skin. The visitor experience for a 200-person tech firm and a 4-person design studio looks like their brand -- not yours.

Most coworking operators start on Professional

Professional includes per-tenant custom branding, in-room displays, advanced analytics, public API access, and priority support -- everything you need to run a branded member operation. Multi-site operators with white-label needs move up to Enterprise for unlimited buildings and custom integrations.

Twelve member firms, one operator, first month live

What a single-site flex-space operator with twelve member firms can do in their first month on BellKeep -- without writing custom invoicing scripts or buying a separate visitor product.

Import the member firms

The operator creates a sub-tenant company for each of the twelve member firms, sets their plan and seat count, and uploads their brand assets. The founders are invited via magic link -- no passwords to issue.

Put the shared inventory online

Meeting rooms, hot desks, parking spots, podcast booths, and an EV charger go into the bookable-resource inventory. Quotas, surcharges, and member-firm-specific allowances are set per tenant.

Switch on the lobby kiosk and wallet passes

An iPad goes on the front desk and opens the kiosk URL. Member firms start pre-registering their guests; the guests arrive with wallet passes on their phone, scan, sign, and walk in. The clipboard goes away.

Run the first monthly invoice

Stripe charges each member firm for their plan plus any room and parking overage. Invoices export as PDFs. Failed payments raise alerts and the operator handles them from one dashboard -- without spreadsheets.

What you'll want to know

Can each member firm have its own admin login?

Yes. Every member firm is its own sub-tenant company with its own admins, users, branding, and audit trail. Operators sit above the tenant tree and can see aggregated usage across the whole space.

How does billing work?

Stripe is the billing engine. Each member firm sits on a subscription plan you configure. Invoices are generated per tenant, with line items for the base plan plus any per-resource overages. Auto-pay, dunning, and credits are all built in.

Can our daytime guests check themselves in?

Yes. The lobby kiosk runs in a browser on any tablet -- no app store, no MDM. Or guests can check in by scanning a touchless QR code with their own phone. Photos, ID scans, NDAs, and wallet passes are all optional steps you can switch on per tenant.

Can the kiosk and emails look like the member firm, not us?

Per-tenant branding (logo, primary colour, lobby kiosk skin, transactional email headers) is included from the Professional plan and up. White-label hosting on a fully custom domain is part of Enterprise.

Do you handle parking and EV charging?

Yes. Parking lots, spots, and assignments are first-class -- sell parking as part of a plan, charge per day, or bundle it with overage. The fleet/resource model also handles bookable assets like EV chargers, podcast booths, and projectors.

We are about to open a second location. Will it still work?

BellKeep is multi-building from day one. Add the new location as another building under your operator tenant. Member firms can be scoped to one location or roam across both, and reporting rolls up across every site you run.
