Any tablet. Any TV. Any browser.

Show what's happening in every room without buying proprietary panels. BellKeep runs in any modern browser — an old iPad, a Chromebox behind a TV, or a mini PC behind reception is all the hardware you need.

One canvas for door screens, lobbies, and signage

BellKeep's display layer is built on tokenised room URLs and a drag-and-drop builder, so the same tool drives every screen in the building.

Tokenised screen URLs

Every room has its own auth-token screen URL. Open it on any device, mount it by the door, and the room status appears with no separate login.

Drag-and-drop screen builder

Compose booking status, agenda, photos, building announcements, and weather into your own layout. No code, no template lock-in.

Any tablet, any TV, any browser

BellKeep is a web app. Bring your own iPads, Chromeboxes, mini PCs, or smart TVs — nothing to ship, nothing to lock you in.

Lobby & signage walls

Reuse the same canvas to run reception welcome boards, today's bookings, or live wayfinding on big screens at the lobby.

Book the room from the door

When the room is free, tap to grab it. When the room is busy, the screen shows the booking, the host, and the next free slot.

Branded per company

Colours, logo, room photos, and announcement copy follow each tenant's branding — useful when one building hosts several companies.

From box to door in four steps

Setting up a wall of room screens shouldn't take a quarter. With BellKeep it takes an afternoon and the devices you already own.

Pick a device you already own

An older iPad, an Android tablet, a Chromebox behind a TV, or a Raspberry Pi browser kiosk all work. If it can run a modern browser, it can run a BellKeep display.

Open the screen URL

Each room exposes a unique tokenised URL. Pin it to the home screen on the tablet, or set it as the start page on the mini PC. No login form, no shared admin credentials.

Customise the layout once

Drag in the blocks you want — current booking, agenda, room photo, weather, building messages — and save the template. Every room screen picks up the new layout.

It just stays online

Screens reconnect automatically over the day. New bookings, edits, and check-ins all push live, so the door display is never out of date.

Displays unlock from Professional

The full screen builder lives on the Professional plan and up. Lower tiers still get the booking and visitor modules — you just won't run door displays from them.

The rest of the workplace stack

Calendar & Bookings

Every screen reads from the same calendar, so what's on the door display is the source of truth.

Visitor management

Show today's visitors on lobby displays and route arrivals to the right meeting room.

Wayfinding

Run interactive floor plans on the same canvas as the displays. One tool, one design system.

Displays, answered

What hardware do I need to run the displays?

Anything that runs a modern browser. Older iPads, Android tablets, Chromeboxes behind a TV, mini PCs, even Raspberry Pi kiosks — BellKeep is a web app, so the device only needs to load a URL. No proprietary hardware, no MDM rollout, no per-device licence.

How does a public screen stay secure?

Each room screen uses a unique auth token that's bound to that room. The screen sees only that room's bookings — it cannot browse other rooms, log a user in, or change settings. Tokens can be rotated from settings if a device is lost.

What can I put on a custom screen?

The drag-and-drop builder ships with blocks for the current booking, today's agenda, room photo, weather, building announcements, branding, and wayfinding strips. You can mix them into in-room layouts, lobby boards, or full signage walls.

Can people book the room from the door?

Yes. When the room is free, the screen offers a tap-to-grab control that creates the booking on the fly. When the room is busy, the screen shows who has it and when the next slot opens up.

What if the network drops?

Displays keep showing the last known booking and reconnect automatically. When the connection comes back, edits made in the meantime push live without anyone touching the tablet.

Can each company in our building have its own branding?

Yes. The branding service applies the right logo, colours, and copy per tenant, so a single building with several companies still has consistent identity on every door and lobby screen.
