BellKeep plugs into the tools your workplace already uses.
Real, in-product integrations — not a wall of logos. Sync calendars two ways, post booking updates to Slack and Teams, charge through Stripe, drop visitor passes into Apple and Google Wallet, and build on top with a public API.
Three ways to connect
Every BellKeep integration follows the same shape: connect once with OAuth, automate with an API key, react to changes through webhooks. No middleware required.
OAuth in a click
Google, Microsoft, Slack, and SSO providers connect through standard OAuth flows. Tokens are encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys, never shared between companies.
API keys for automation
Generate scoped API keys from the developer portal. Hit a documented REST API with per-plan rate limits and X-RateLimit headers — no scraping, no surprises.
Webhooks for everything else
Subscribe to booking, visitor, room, and emergency events. Deliveries are signed and retried, with a full delivery log so you can replay anything you missed.
What's included on each plan
Most integrations work on every paid plan. SSO connectors and custom integrations sit in Enterprise.
Integration guides
- Google Calendar: BellKeep syncs bookings two ways with Google Calendar: rooms booked in BellKeep appear in the organiser's Google Calendar, and changes made on either side are reconciled.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook: BellKeep syncs bookings two ways with Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendars through Microsoft Graph, so room bookings and changes show up in Outlook.
- Microsoft Teams: The BellKeep bot for Microsoft Teams lets people book, list, find and cancel rooms from Teams and sends booking reminders, confirmations and visitor-arrival messages.
- Slack: BellKeep connects to each company's Slack workspace with its own OAuth install, adds slash commands for booking and sends meeting reminders and a daily digest.
