BellKeep and Microsoft Teams

The BellKeep bot for Microsoft Teams lets people book, list, find and cancel rooms from Teams and sends booking reminders, confirmations and visitor-arrival messages.

What it does

  • Bot commands: help, book, list bookings, cancel, find a room and link account
  • Booking confirmations and reminders as adaptive cards
  • Visitor-arrival notifications to the host
  • A daily digest of the day's meetings

How to set it up

  1. A Microsoft Teams admin installs the BellKeep app for the organisation, then a BellKeep company admin connects it under Settings, then Integrations.
  2. Send the bot the link command to connect your Teams account to your BellKeep user.
  3. Type help to see the available commands.

Limits

  • Requires a Teams admin to install the app for your organisation
  • Bookings made through the bot follow the same plan limits as the web app
