BellKeep and Slack

BellKeep connects to each company's Slack workspace with its own OAuth install, adds slash commands for booking and sends meeting reminders and a daily digest.

What it does

  • Slash commands: /book-room, /my-meetings and /link-bellkeep
  • Reminders 15 to 20 minutes before a booked meeting starts
  • A daily morning digest of each person's meetings
  • Per-company workspace installs, with tokens stored encrypted

How to set it up

  1. As a company admin, open the Slack section of BellKeep's integration settings and connect your workspace.
  2. Approve the requested Slack permissions for your workspace.
  3. Each person runs /link-bellkeep once to connect their Slack user to BellKeep.

Limits

  • Slack notifications are only sent for companies that have installed the Slack app
  • Reminder timing is fixed at 15 to 20 minutes before the meeting
