BellKeep and Microsoft 365 and Outlook

BellKeep syncs bookings two ways with Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendars through Microsoft Graph, so room bookings and changes show up in Outlook.

What it does

  • Writes BellKeep bookings to the connected user's Outlook calendar via Microsoft Graph
  • Uses Graph change-notification subscriptions, renewed automatically before they expire
  • Retries through a five-minute sync queue when a notification is missed
  • Stores OAuth tokens encrypted at the application level

How to set it up

  1. Sign in to BellKeep and open Settings, then Calendar.
  2. Choose Connect Microsoft 365 and sign in with your work account.
  3. If your tenant requires admin consent, ask a Microsoft 365 admin to approve the BellKeep app.

Limits

  • Available on Starter, Professional and Enterprise
  • Syncs users' calendars; BellKeep does not import Exchange room mailboxes or their booking history
  • Microsoft Graph throttling can delay very large bulk changes
